Whats Next?
Once your service plan request is received, we will get your plan set up in our system and send an invoice by email or text. As a reminder all service plans must be paid prior to the season starting.
Service plan invoices can be paid online by clicking any button or link within the email or text you were sent.
If you would like to pay us by check, they can be sent to us by mail.
If you are having issues with your client hub or have any questions please let us know by phone or email, we are happy to help.
Because our service is weather dependent we cannot give an exact start date. We begin our spring turn on services when it is safest for your system to be turned on and the threat of freezing and frost damage is gone.
Our service plan members are given priority booking dates and we will notify you when we start booking our service.
As always we will try and accommodate when and where we can. Our calendar fills up fast if the assigned date and time will not work for you please let us know as soon as possible.
Again this is based on the weather and availability. If you prefer to book your services as needed we do recommend booking as soon as possible.
We will send out communications once general booking is open for the season.

If you have moved, no longer have a system or no longer require our services you can unsubscribe from our emails. You can also send us an email at info@elementssprinkler.com and we can remove you from our communications list.
